WHEREAS, the City received bids for property insurance
for an annual period; and,
WHEREAS, the Wisenburg Agency submitted the lowest
responsible proposal consisting of a $107,258.00 premium for
property coverage on city property; and,
WHEREAS, the city desires to accept the proposal of the
Wisenburg Agency for such insurance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of the Wisenburg Agency in the amount of $107,258.00
for property insurance be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to take all actions necessary to effectuate
this coverage.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 14th day of February , 1989.
