R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a deed to Davis Sylvester, Jr. and wife Marilyn Sylvester, for
the purchase of property, as described below, being held by
virtue of a Sheriff 's Deed for delinquent taxes.
Tract 2, Plat D-9 of 18 J. Drake Survey
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
