THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with the South East Texas Regional Planning
Commission for grant financing of transit planning activities
under Section 8 of the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964, as
amended.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
