bids submitted above are the lowest and best bids submitted and
should be accepted;
NOW, THERE ORE, BE IT -RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted above be accepted by the City of
Beaumont, in the amounts listed for a six-month contract for the
purchase of road oils.
