R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The City Council has discussed the facts of
the claim of Michelle Golston vs. the City of Beaumont in an
Executive Session properly called and held; and
WHEREAS, the Council authorized the settlement of the
claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle
the claim of Michelle Golston vs. the City of Beaumont in the
amount of Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14, 000. 00) .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final
settlement of this claim is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
