R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has recommended and approved
the sale of property described as Tract 2, Plat M of the D. Brown
Survey to the Port of Beaumont for the afitount of Two Thousand
Dollars ($2 ,000.00 ) ; and,
WHEREAS, because :such property is being held in trust
by Jefferson County for the City of Beaumont and the Deaumont
Independent School District, it is necessary for all three
entities to execute a deed to such property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Albert E. Haines, City mlanaqer, be and he is hereby,
authorized to execute a Deed Without Warranty to the Port of
Beaumont transferring the interest that the City of Beaumont may
have in the property described as Tract 2 , Plat M of the D. Brown
Survey, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1988.
