BE IT RESOLVED FY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF 3EAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is 'Ilereby, authorized to execute
a twenty-foot (20 ' ) wide overhead electrical easement to Gulf
States Utilities for overhead electrical lines across City of
Beaumont property leased by the U. F). Army Reserve.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
