R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for construction of the
Crockett Connector Major Street Project; and,
WHEREAS, APAC-Texas, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount
of $2 ,202 ,014.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of t--he opinion that the
bid submitted by APAC-Texas, Inc. is the lowest and best bi(II
meeting specificaktions and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept
the bid of APAC--Texas, Inc. in the amount of '92 ,282 ,014.00 for
construction of the Crockett Connector Major Street Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
