WHEREAS, on November 7 , 1988, bids were received for
Sanitary Sewer System Improvements, 10" cured-in-place pipe
installation on Crestwood Drive; and,
WHEREAS, Insituform Gulf South, Inc. of Houston, Texas,
submitted a bid in the amount of $53, 150.00; arid,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Insituform Gulf South, Inc. is the lowest and
best bid submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Insituform Gulf South, Inc. in the
amount of $53,150 .00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for
Sanitary Sewer. System Improvements, 10" curecl-in-place pipe
installation on Crestwood Drive.
