WHEREAS, on November 21 , 1988, bids were received for
an annual contract for plumbing services for city-owned
facilities; and,
WHEREAS, Joe Simon Plumbing of Beaumont, Texas,
submit''-ed the following bid:
Hourly/Plumber $36 .00
Hourly/Helper 8. 00
Min. Service. Call 18.00
added to Materials 25%
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Joe Simon Plumbing is the lowest, and best bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Joe Simon Plumbing for an annual
contract for plumbing services in the amount stated above, be,
and it is hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont.
