R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS on September 27, 1988, a contract was executed
with Olshan Demolishing Company, in the amount of $58,850.00 for
the demolition of a building located at 887 Park Street to clear
the right-of-way for the College Street Project; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been inspected by the
Engineering Division and is in conformance with the plans and
specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept
the project and make final payment to Olshan Demolishing Company
in the amount of $2 ,942.50 for the demolition of a building
located at 887 Park Street to clear the right-of-way for the
College Street Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
