WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for
the rental of barricades; and,
WHEREAS, Crabtree Barricade Systems, Inc. of Beaumont,
Texas, submitted the following bid:
Quantity Total Cost
100 $.35 each day $ 12, 775. 00
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Crabtree Barricade Systems, Inc. is the lowest
and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUk4ONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Crabtree Barricade Systems, Inc. for
an annual contract for barricade rentals in -the amount stated,
be, and it is hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont.
