BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a
Release of Easement for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway/spur
380 Project releasing an easement located in the abandoned alley of
Block 68 of the Van Wormer Addition to the State of Texas.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 2Zg,26,(_ day of 1988 .
