WHEREAS, the owners of the Jefferson Inn have tendered
a ten foot ( 10 ' ) utility easement containing an eight inch ( 0" )
sanitary sewer line to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purposes
of said easement and is of the opinion that the acceptance of
said easement and line for sanitary sewer purposes is necessary
and desirable and that same should be acceptable; and
WHEREAS, the 1020 LF of eight inch (S" ) sanitary sewer
line located in the hereinafter described easement has been
constructed and tested in accordance with City specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said sanitary sewer easement tendered by the owners of the
Jefferson Inn to the City of Beaumont, described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, be, and the same is hereby, in all things
accepted.
BE IT .FURTHER RESOLVED that the eight inch (S" )
sanitary sewer line as described above be accepted for permanent
maintenance by the City.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
