R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, on October 24, 1988, bids were received for
construction of the Comstock Relief Ditch; and,
WHEREAS, Doty Construction Company, Inc. , submitted a
bid in the amount of $54,804.00 ; and,
NHEREAS? the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Doty Construction Company, Inc. , is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Doty Construction Company, Inc. , in the
amount of $54,804. 00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont and the
City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Doty Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of the
Comstock Relief Ditch.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
