R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, on November 7 , 1988, bids were received for
the annual purchase of computer paper for use by all City
offices; and,
WHEREAS, Century Papers of Beaumont submitted a bid in
the amount of $15,256. 76 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Century Papers is the best and lowest bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Century Papers in the amount of
$15,256 . 76 for the annual purchase of computer paper be accepted
by the City of Beaumont-.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1988.
