WHEREAS, construction of the water, sanitary sewer,
storm sewer and street improvements in Bellchase, Section Two,
Phase Two, described as follows, have been completed:
Street and Storm Sewer Improvements:
Littlewood Drive approximately Two Hundred
Fifty-Six Feet ( 256 ' ) east from the temporary
barricades at the end of the pavement to and
including the cul-de-sac; and
Avenue Bellechase from the end of the
existing pavement on Avenue Bellchase
approximately One Hundred Eighty-Eight Feet
( 188 ' ) north to Littlefield;
Water and Sewer Improvements:
Lots 52 through 57, Block 2;
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to have
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Public Works and Water
Utilities Departments recommend that said improvements meet city
standards and qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance,
and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street
improvements of Bellechase, Section Two, Phase Two, as described
above, are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the City contingent upon filing of the
final plat complete with proper filings of dedication of all
rights-of-way and easements shown required on preliminary and
final plats.
