R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, on October 24, 1988, bids were received for
an annual supply of printed forms and envelopes for use by the
Water Commercial Division; and,
WHEREAS, Minuteman Press of Beaumont, Texas, submitted
a bid in the amount of $4,778.80 for forms and $12,302. 40 for
envelopes for a total annual expenditure of $16 ,776.32 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Minuteman Press is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Minuteman Press in the total amount of
$16,776. 32 for an annual supply of printed forms and envelopes be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
