R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a ten foot (10 ' ) wide underground electrical easement, as
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to Gulf States
Utilities Company to service the YMBL Building within Fair Park.
