R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a "Release of Claims" to TCI Cablevision of Texas, Inc. releasing
any and all claims which the City of Beaumont might have arising
out of the audit of the franchise relationship between TCI and
the City of Beaumont. This release shall be executed in
consideration for the payment to the City of Beaumont of
$123,595.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
