R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on August 22 , 1988 bids were received for
construction of a creative playground system for Chaison and
Combest Parks; and,
WHEREAS, Watkins Construction Company of Beaumont
submitted a bid in the amount of $83 ,761 .00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Watkins Construction Company is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Watkins Construction Company in the
amount of $83,761 .00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the
construction of a creative playground system for Chaison and
Combest Parks.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
