BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
purchase a 0.7090 acre tract of land for the appraised value of
$12,804.00 from John Dollinger, Jr. , Inc. for the Comstock Ditch
Relief Project.
