R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve
the submission of an amended Section 108 Loan Guarantee
Application to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development in support of the Spindletop Waterpark Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
