R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to submit
an amended application for an Urban Development Action Grant for
the Spindletop Waterpark Project, including all understandings
and assurances made therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be
directed and authorized to act in connection with the application
and to provide such additional information as may be required.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
