WHEREAS, on December 9, 1985, bids were received for a
36-month and a 60-month lease-purchase of a copier for use on the
first floor of City Hall; and
WHEREAS, Office Development Systems, Inc. , of Beaumont
submitted a bid in the amount of $14,011.00 for 36-months; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Office Development Systems, Inc. , is the best and lowest
bid meeting City specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Office Development Systems, Inc. , for the
lease-purchase of a copier be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
