WHEREAS, on September 8 , 1986, bids were received for the
purchase of a one-ton flat bed truck to be used in the Water
Distribution Division; and,
WHEREAS, Beaumont Motor Co. submitted a bid in the amount
of $12, 304.27; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Beaumont Motor Co. is the best bid meeting
specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Beaumont Motor Co. in the amount of $12, 304.27 for
the purchase of a one-ton flat bed truck for use in the Water
Distribution Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
