R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of
computer-aided software for use in the Management Information
Systems Department; and,
WHEREAS, Help/38 Systems submitted a bid in the amount
of $16,845. 00 for three ( 3 ) modules from the Genesis V Case
Module System; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Help/38 Systems is the lowest and best bid
submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Help/38 Systems be accepted by the City
of Beaumont in the amount of $16,845.00 for three (3 ) modules
from the Genesis V Case Module System.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of Juze,_ 1988 .
