R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on July 11 , 1988, bids were received for a
contract for grounds maintenance at the Municipal Complex; and,
WHEREAS, Alamo Lawn Service of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $2,600.00 per month with a
contract expiration date of April 30 , 1990 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Alamo Lawn Service is the lowest and best bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Alamo Lawn Service for a contract for
grounds maintenance at the Municipal Complex in the amount of
$2, 600. 00 per month, said contract to expire April 30 , 1990 , be,
and it is hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1988 .
