R E S O L U T I O N S
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
World Wide Welding and Press, Inc. a sum not to exceed Thirteen
Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Dollars and Nine Cents ($13,680.09)
for the emergency repair of the boom arm of the City's Caterpillar
excavator which is used daily at the Landfill to excavate cover
material.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
