R E S O L U T I O N S
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
Bankston Construction Company Fifty Thousand Two Hundred Fifty
Dollars ( $50,250. 00 ) for the emergency purchase of fifteen thousand
(15,000 ) cubic yards of delivered and spread clay at the City
Landfill, a unit price per cubic yard of Three Dollars and
Thirty-Five Cents ($3 .35) .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
