R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Joe Goetschius, Executive Vice-President from
the Y.M.B.L. has tendered a 0.377 acre tract of land for Fair
Park improvements purposes which was inadvertently conveyed to
the Y.M.B.L. rather than the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of
said donation and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said
donation of property is necessary and desirable and that same
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said tract of land tendered by Joe Goetschius of the
Y.M.B.L. to the City of Beaumont be, and the same is hereby, in
all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
theme day of , 1988.
