R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, on May 23, 1938 , bids were received for
repairs to the roof of the Police Department Building and City
Hail; and,
WHEREAS, Perkins Roofing Company, inc. submitted a bid
in the amount of $16 , 971 . 00 for roofing repairs to City Hall;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Perkins Roofing Company, Inc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Perkins Roofing Company, Inc. in the
amount of $16 , 971 .00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for
repairs to the roof of the City Hall Building.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
