R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, on December 8 , 1987 , City Council awarded a
contract to Merrill Construction Company in the amount of
$49 ,875 . 00 for the construction of a creative playground system
for Central Park; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAU14ONT:
THAT the construction of a creative playground system for Central
Park is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City
Manager be, and 11-le is hereby, authorized to make final payment to
Merrill Construction Company in the amount of $49, 875 . 00 .
