BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to waive
the penalties and interest on Accounts 009350-000100 and
018150-006200 for taxes, as provided by Section 33 . 011 of the
State Property Tax Code.
