Schreck, owners, have requested the City of Beaumont to allow them to encroach approximately 5 .2 ' into a 10 ' joint utility easement with a garage and concrete driveway on property located in the Griffing Place Addition, Unit 1 , being Lot 7 , Block 1 , ( generally known as 7175 Firethorn Drive, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and, WHEREAS City staff has expended considerable time and effort in investigating the effect of such encroachment upon the City and utilities serving the same; and, WHEREAS, it appears that it would be equitable to allow such encroachment at this time; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a License to Encroach to Bruce K. and Michele M. Schreck to encroach approximately 5.2 ' into a 10 ' joint utility easement with a garage and concrete driveway on property located in the Griffing Place Addition, Unit 1 , being Lot 7, Block 1 , (generally known as 7175 Firethorn Drive PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of ) 1988.
