BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a contract with the New Jeruselem Mission, a not for profit
corporation for the operation and management of an emergency
shelter for the homeless under the Emergency Shelter Grant
Program.
