R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on April 19, 1988, the City Council granted a
License to Encroach Agreement to the Stedman Bldg. Partnership to
encroach on the city' s right-of-way; and,
WHEREAS, the Stedman Bldg. Partnership is requesting
that the License to Encroach be amended to cover the metal awning
attached to the building encroaching 10 ' x 88 ' located 21 .3 ' from
Bowie Street right-of-way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
executge an amended License to Encroach to the Stedman Bldg.
Partnership to show the abandonment of the right-of-way which is
the subject of that License to Encroach, a plat of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit 01A" .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the License to Encroach
Agreement be further amended to include the metal awning attached
to the building encroaching 10 ' x 88 ' , located 21 .3 ' from Bowie
Street right-of-way.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1988.
