R E S O L U T I O N S
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
agreements with the State Department of Highways and Public
Transportation, Drainage District 6, and Lower Neches Valley
Authority for construction of bridges at Langham Road and Avalon
Avenue to be funded from Street Crossings in the Drainage
Improvement Fund, and at Wescalder Road to be funded from
Off-Street System Bridges in the Street Improvement Fund.
