R E S O L U T I O N S
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a public hearing was held on April 19, 1988 at 1 : 15 p.m. in
City Council Chambers, Beaumont City Hall for the purpose of
authorizing the execution of a ten foot (10 ' ) wide underground
electrical distribution system easement at Klein Park. The City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute such easement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
