WHEREAS, on August 18, 1987, City Council awarded a
contract to Swain Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of
$240 ,338.00 for the Beaumont Marina Expansion Project - Phase
II-Structural Steel; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Beaumont Marina Expansion Project - Pahse II-Structural
Steel is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City
Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make final payment to
Swain Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $12,016. 90.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
