R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont has
adopted a Historic Preservation Revolving Loan Fund Program for
the rehabilitation of the exterior of historic properties located
within the City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, Bruce C. Irvine has made application for a
Historic Preservation Rehabilitation roan for the exterior
improvement of his properties located within the downtown
commercial historic district; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Beauiiiont° s Historical Landmark
Commission has recommended the approval of a loan to Bruce C.
Irvine in the amount of Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars $65,000,00
for a term of ten ( 10 ) years at zero percent (0%) interest for
the exterior rehabilitation of the property located at 446
Orleans Street in the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a loan to Bruce C. Irvine be approved in the amount of
Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ( $65, 000 . 00 ) out of the Historic
Preservation Revolving Loan Fund for a term of ten ( 10 ) years at
zero percent (0%) interest for the rehabilitation of the property
located at 446 Orleans Street in the City of Beaumont, Texas.
