R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, on March 14, 1988, bids were received for a
contract for the installation of creative playground systems at
Caldwood and Ida Reed Parks; and,
WHEREAS, Baytown Construction Company submitted a bid
in the amount of $74, 983. 00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Baytown Construction Company is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Baytown Construction Company be
accepted by the City of Beaumont in the amount of $74, 983. 00 for
a contract for the installation of creative playground systems at
Caldwood and Ida Reed Parks.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1988 .
