BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a railroad easement to Kansas City Southern Railway Company out of
Parcel 212 of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway Project for
relocation of their railroad facilities.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to execute a Quitclaim Deed conveying Parcel
212 of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway Project to the State of
Texas, subject to the easement granted above.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1988 .
