WHEREAS, on March 21 , 1988, bids were received for a
six-month contract to purchase lubricants; and,
WHEREAS, Tri-Con, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas submitted the
following bids;
Engine Oil $2 . 09 per gallon
Hydraulic Oil 1 . 79 per gallon
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bids submitted by Tri-Con, Inc. are the best bids submitted and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by Tri-Con, Inc. be accepted by the City
of Beaumont in the amounts stated above for a six-month contract
for the purchase of engine oil and hydraulic oil for various city
departments.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
