R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, on March 28 , 1988 , bids were received for a
six-month contract to purchase limestone delivered to the job
site; and,
WHEREAS, Davidson Construction Materials, Inc. of
Beaumont, Texas, submitted the following bid:
Zone 1 11 .85 per ton
Zone 2 11 . 65 per ton
Zone 3 11 . 65 per ton
Zone 4 11 . 65 per ton
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Davidson Construction Materials, Inc. is the
lowest and best bid submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Davidson Construction Materials, Inc.
be accepted by the City of Beaumont in the amounts stated for a
six-month contract for the purchase of limestone delivered to the
job site.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
