R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, on October 13 , 1987 , City Council awarded a
contract to Cardinal Fence Company in the amount of $24, 474.00
for fence and dugout construction at the City of Beaumont
Athletic Complex; and,
WHEREAS, on December 3 , 1987 , Change Order #1 was
executed for $300. 00 decreasing the contract amount to
$24,174.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the fenceand dugout construction at the City of Beaumont
Athletic Complex is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and
the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make final
payment to Cardinal Fence Company in the amount of $2, 356 . 97.
