WHEREAS, on March 14, 1988, bids were received for
Sanitary Sewage System Improvements - Bore and Casing for an 18"
sanitary sewer line in Gulf Terrace Addition; and,
WHEREAS, Southeast Cable Company, being the only
bidder, submitted a bid in the amount of $28 ,500. 00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Southeast Cable Company, as the only bid received,
is the best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Southeast Cable Company in the amount
of $28 ,500 .00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for Sanitary
Sewage System Improvements - Bore and Casing for an 18" sanitary
sewer line in Gulf Terrace Addition.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
