R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on March 7 , 1988, bids were received for the
purchase of six (6 ) police detective units; and,
WHEREAS, J. K. Chevrolet of Nederland, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $56,594.21 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by J. K. Chevrolet is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by J. K. Chevrolet in the amount of
$56 ,594.21 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the purchase
of six (6 ) police detective units.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
