R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on March 7, 1988 , bids were received for the
purchase of three (3 ) diesel-powered truck cab and chassis with a
knuckle boom loader and trash hauling body; and,
WHEREAS, Kinsel Ford of Beaumont, Texas, submitted a
bid in the amount of $209,763. 00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Kinsel Ford is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kinsel Ford in the amount of
$209, 763.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the purchase
of three (3 ) diesel-powered truck cab and chassis with a knuckle
boom loader and trash hauling body.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
