WHEREAS, Jefferson County has recommended and approved
the sale of the property described as Abstract 7, Tract 59, J. W.
Bullock Survey to Eldridge Henry for the amount of One Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($150 .00 ) ; and,
WHEREAS, because such property is being held in trust
by Jefferson County for the City of Beaumont and the Beaumont
Independent School District, it is necessary for all three
entities to execute a deed to such property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Maurice Meyers, Mayor, be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a Deed Without Warranty to Eldridge Henry transferring
the interest that the City of Beaumont may have in the property
described as Abstract 7 , Tract 59 , J. W. Bullock Survey.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
